A Song. A Psalm of David.
1 O God, my heart is steadfast;
I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.
2 Awake, lute and harp!
I will awaken the dawn.
3 I will praise You, O Lord, among the peoples,
And I will sing praises to You among the nations.
4 For Your mercy is great above the heavens,
And Your truth reaches to the clouds.
5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens,
And Your glory above all the earth;
6 That Your beloved may be delivered,
Save with Your right hand, and hear me.
7 God has spoken in His holiness:
“I will rejoice;
I will divide Shechem
And measure out the Valley of Succoth.
8 Gilead is Mine; Manasseh is Mine;
Ephraim also is the helmet for My head;
Judah is My lawgiver.
9 Moab is My washpot;
Over Edom I will cast My shoe;
Over Philistia I will triumph.”
10 Who will bring me into the strong city?
Who will lead me to Edom?
11 Is it not You, O God, who cast us off?
And You, O God, who did not go out with our armies?
12 Give us help from trouble,
For the help of man is useless.
13 Through God we will do valiantly,
For it is He who shall tread down our enemies.

信仰とは初めから、神様はわたしを愛して
下さっていると信じることが大切です。
ダビデが戦争で不利な時でも賛美したように
目に見える状況は困難な時もありますが、
神様は共にいて守って下さるのです。
私たちも神様にあって力をふるいましょう。
① あなたは、自分の周りに起こってくる事柄によって、信仰の確信が揺らいでしまうことがありますか。
② ①で揺らぐことがあると答えた人は、どのようにすることによって確信を持てると思いますか。
③ あなたはサタンの策略に対して、どのように対抗しますか。

Ⅰコリント１５章５０～５５節

もしお墓がなかったら、その人が生きていた証しは
なくなってしまいます。でもお墓によって私たちは
これまで支えてこられた方々に思いを馳せることが
できるので、教会のお墓はとても大事なものなのです。
「慈しみ深き」という賛美を歌いましたが、この曲は
結婚式に向かう婚約者の船が嵐で沈み、悲しみの中
書かれた曲です。クリスチャンでも悲しみに暮れる
時はありますが、神様がいつも共におられて慰め、
神の国に行くまで希望に守られて生きられるのです。

私たちは供養しないと先祖が天国に行けないから
召天者記念礼拝をするのでは決してありません。
ただ、戦争の弾圧の中で信仰を守った方々により
今までのこの地での教会や信仰が守られたのです。
先祖なら私たちの幸せを願うはずで、それならば
「目の前に主を置き」続けるのが一番なのです。
私達は日々神を見上げて歩もうではありませんか。
① やがての時、あなたが主のもとに帰ることのできる確信はありますか。
② 私たちが人生をどう生きるかということよりも大切なことは何ですか。
③ あなたは絶えず主を目の前に置いていますか。

The Way of the Righteous and the End of the Ungodly
1 Blessed is the man
Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,
Nor stands in the path of sinners,
Nor sits in the seat of the scornful;
2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord,
And in His law he meditates day and night.
3 He shall be like a tree
Planted by the rivers of water,
That brings forth its fruit in its season,
Whose leaf also shall not wither;
And whatever he does shall prosper.
4 The ungodly are not so,
But are like the chaff which the wind drives away.
5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment,
Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
6 For the Lord knows the way of the righteous,
But the way of the ungodly shall perish.
