ヘブライ人への手紙１１章６節

ヘブライ人というのはユダヤ人のことで、
ヘブライ書はユダヤ人クリスチャンに向けて
最後まで信仰を持ち続けるように書かれました。
人生には思いもよらない転機がありますが、
神様「を」求める時、神様は一緒にいて
愛を持って導いて下さるのです。
① あなたはかみさまに喜ばれるクリスチャンでいたいですか。
② 神様に喜ばれる信仰とは、どのような信仰でしょうか。
③ あなた自身は、神様を心から喜んでいるでしょうか。

54 Then seizing him, they led him away and took him into the house of the high priest. Peter followed at a distance. 55 And when some there had kindled a fire in the middle of the courtyard and had sat down together, Peter sat down with them. 56 A servant girl saw him seated there in the firelight. She looked closely at him and said, “This man was with him.”
57 But he denied it. “Woman, I don’t know him,” he said.
58 A little later someone else saw him and said, “You also are one of them.”
“Man, I am not!” Peter replied.
59 About an hour later another asserted, “Certainly this fellow was with him, for he is a Galilean.”
60 Peter replied, “Man, I don’t know what you’re talking about!” Just as he was speaking, the rooster crowed. 61 The Lord turned and looked straight at Peter. Then Peter remembered the word the Lord had spoken to him: “Before the rooster crows today, you will disown me three times.” 62 And he went outside and wept bitterly.

私たちも、なんとなくクリスチャンと言うことを
ためらったりしないでしょうか？でもイエス様は
そのペテロを愛され、用いて下さったのです。
① あなたは、自分がクリスチャンであることを、職場やご近所の人たちに対して、あいまいにしていませんか。
② ペテロはどんな気持ちでイエス様を見ていたと思いますか。また、イエス様はどんな気持ちでペトロを見ていたと思いますか。
③ 私たちの教会に聖霊が豊かに働いてくださるために、私たちにできることは何だと思いますか。
救われることは不可能

当時のお金持ちは、神様に祝福された者と
考えられていました。なのでイエス様が
「お金持ちが天国に入るのは、ラクダが針の穴を～」
と言った時、周りが驚いたのです。
彼は「どう努力すれば」と聞きましたが、救いは
努力ではなく、神の恵みとあわれみによるのです。
大事なのは、イエス様を信じ受け入れることなのです。
① あなたの信仰は、あなたを救うことができるでしょうか。
② あなたが信仰を全うするために、あなたに必要なものは何でしょうか。
③ あなたの信仰の成長のために、旭キリスト教会は何をすることができると思いますか。

Some time later, Jesus went up to Jerusalem for one of the Jewish festivals. 2 Now there is in Jerusalem near the Sheep Gate a pool, which in Aramaic is called Bethesda[a] and which is surrounded by five covered colonnades. 3 Here a great number of disabled people used to lie—the blind, the lame, the paralyzed. [4] [b] 5 One who was there had been an invalid for thirty-eight years. 6 When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?”
7 “Sir,” the invalid replied, “I have no one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred. While I am trying to get in, someone else goes down ahead of me.”
8 Then Jesus said to him, “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk.” 9 At once the man was cured; he picked up his mat and walked.

人は律法を守れないため、「あわれみの池」と
呼ばれていました。イエスに「治りたいのか」と
聞かれた病人は、治りたいと言えばいいものの
言い訳をし始めます。私たちは言い訳をしない
クリスチャンになりたいですが、その弱さを超え
イエス様は働いて下さるのです。
①あなたは、今、神様にどうしてもかなえてほしい願い事がありますか。
②あなたが祈っている事がらの中で、聞かれないまま何年も経っている祈りを、それでも信仰を持って祈っていますか。
③神様はあなた自身も、あなたの生活も、変えることのできる力を持っておられることを信じますか。
