ヘブライ５章７～１０節

神様は全能なのに、どうして人となったのか、
そんな宗教は変だと言う人もいます。
聖書には律法がありますが、律法を100％守り
罪を犯さなかった人は一人もいません。
ただ一人だけ、神の子イエス様だけが人として
苦難も通りつつ律法を100％守り、彼を信じる者
すべてが神の前に正しいものとされるのです。
① 神の御子が救いを成就するために、なぜ人とならなければならなかったのでしょうか。
② 人となられたことにより、イエス様はどのような犠牲を払われたのでしょうか。
③ あなたはイエス様の救いを受けていますか。

A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse;
from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.
The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him—
the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding,
the Spirit of counsel and of might,
the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the Lord—
and he will delight in the fear of the Lord.
He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes,
or decide by what he hears with his ears;
but with righteousness he will judge the needy,
with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth.
He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth;
with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked.
Righteousness will be his belt
and faithfulness the sash around his waist.

産まれて来て下さいました。そして私たちの弱さを
通して、神様の栄光が現わされるのです。
イエス様は今も生きておられます。その救い主を
覚えつつ、クリスマスを過ごしていきましょう。

700年も前ですが、そこには親身になって
私たちを導いて下さる方と書かれています。
本当は力がある方なのに、一人のみどり子と
して産まれ、十字架で贖いを完成されました。
熱情を持って私たちを愛して下さる救い主が、
今も私たちと共にいて下さっているのです。
① イエス様はあなたにとってどのようなお方でしょうか。
② イエス様が主権を持っておられるとは、どのような意味ですか。
③ イエス様がまことの神であり救い主であることを、このクリスマスの時期にどのように家族や友人に伝えたらよいでしょうか。

Jesus knew that the Father had put all things under his power, and that he had come from God and was returning to God; so he got up from the meal, took off his outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around his waist. After that, he poured water into a basin and began to wash his disciples’ feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around him. He came to Simon Peter, who said to him, “Lord, are you going to wash my feet?”Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.”“No,” said Peter, “you shall never wash my feet.”Jesus answered, “Unless I wash you, you have no part with me.”“Then, Lord,” Simon Peter replied, “not just my feet but my hands and my head as well!” Jesus answered, “Those who have had a bath need only to wash their feet; their whole body is clean. And you are clean, though not every one of you.” For he knew who was going to betray him, and that was why he said not every one was clean. When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” he asked them. “You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.

イエス様は裏切ることを知っていても、
ユダの足も洗われました。

日々悔い改め、お互い赦し合うべきなのです。
① あなたは悔い改めをちゃんとしてありますか。
② もしあなたが悔い改めを拒んだとしたら、どうなりますか。
